What is Present Perfect Tense?
Present Perfect Tense represents that the work is completed recently but the effect of that task is still exists in present time, Present Perfect Tense uses Has and Have with Past participle (Verb3). Let’s read below identification of Present Perfect Tense for better understanding.

Introduction of Present Perfect Tense in Hindi
हिंदी के जिन वाक्यों के क्रिया के अंत में ‘चुका हूँ/चुकी हूँ/चुके हैं/चुके हो/चुका है/चुकी है’ रहता है अथवा ‘या हूँ/ई हूँ/ए हैं/ए हो/या है/ई हैं/ई है’ रहता है अथवा ‘-ा है/-ी है, रहता है, तो उन वाक्यों का अनुवाद प्रायः Present Perfect Tense में करते हैं |
Example of Present Perfect Tense
मैंने खाना खा लिया है| मैं खाना खा चूका हूँ|
तुमने अपना काम कर लिया है| तुम अपना काम कर चुके हो|
अनुवाद का नियम-ऐसी क्रियाओं का अनुवाद Have/Has+V3 द्वारा होता है | जब Subject Third Person और Singular Number में रहता है, तब Has+V3 लगता है | अन्य Subject के साथ Have + V3 लगता है |

कुछ अन्य वाक्य लें और उनका सम्बन्ध वर्तमान से जोड़ें-
- उसने अपना कपडा धो लिया है | He has washed his clothes. (उसका कपडा धुला हुआ दिख रहा है, इसीलिए समझा जा रहा है की उसने अभी अपना कपडा धोया है|)
- राम ने अपनी कलम खो दी है | Ram has lost his pen.(इसलिए वह पेंसिल से लिख रहा है / इसलिए वह उदास है / इसलिए वह डर रहा है कि उसके पिता उसे पीटेंगे |)
- मैंने अपना पाठ याद कर लिया है |I have remembered my lesson.(इसलिए अब मैं खेलने जा रहा हूँ | अब आप मुझसे पूछ सकते हैं या अब मुझे पीटने का डर नहीं है |
Note: यदि हिन्दी क्रियाओं का रूप देखकर यह लगे कि इनका अनुवाद Present Perfect Tense में होना चाहिए, मगर इन क्रियाओं के पहले कोई भूतकाल समयसूचक शब्द, रहे (जैसे-गत सोमवार को, पाँच मिनट पहले, गत वर्ष, कुछ देर पहले, बहुत दिन पहले इत्यादि ) जिससे यह भाव व्यक्त हो कि अभीष्ट कार्य भूतकाल में सम्पन्न हो गया, तो इन क्रियाओं का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद Present Perfect Tense में न होकर Past Indefinite Tense में होगा |
मैंने पढाई किया है| I have studied.
कल मैंने पढाई किया है| I studied yesterday.
Present Perfect Tense rule for Affirmative Sentences
Rule : Subject + (has/have) + Verb3 + Objects + Etc.
| वे जा चुके हैं| | They have gone. |
| उसने पाठ याद कर लिया है| | He has learned the lesson. |
| वह मुझे भूल गया है| | He has forgotten me. |
| मैंने यह फ़िल्म पहले ही देख ली है| | I have already watched this movie. |
| मैंने अभी अपना काम समाप्त किया है| | I have just finished my work. |

Rule : Subject + (has/have) + Not + Verb3 + Objects + Etc.

| उसने कभी धूम्रपान नहीं किया है| | He has never smoked. |
